Limits

Where this stops

  • A blueprint carries structure, not data. Columns, prompts, and workflow steps travel between workspaces; rows, credentials, connected accounts, and provider keys stay put.
  • A page grounds the prompt you point at it, but canonical voice and positioning changes pass an approval queue. That is deliberate: an approved message cannot be rewritten by a run.

Can I reuse a setup across clients?
That is what blueprints are for. Export the table set, columns, and workflow from an engagement where they work, preflight it against the next workspace, then apply and adapt.
Who owns the workspace when I leave?
Them. Each client is a separate tenant with its own database, so ending a billing link changes no data. They continue on their own plan, or land on the free tier and keep everything.
Does the client have to buy anything on day one?
No. Records, tables, workflows, and wiki pages you write yourself never meter, and a fresh workspace opens with 10,000 credits. AI drafting is the part that spends: a sequence or a page written for you draws credits and shows the cost first. A plan starts when you connect a sender and dispatch.
How does the AI know anything about this client?
