A credit is $0.01 of managed work — 100 credits = $1. One pool of credits pays for everything: enrichment, AI columns, managed inboxes, LinkedIn actions, and workflow runs. There is nothing to meter per feature.

There is one plan, Oxygen, and every rung includes all integrations and native workflows; bringing your own provider keys starts at $99 — the price is simply the credits. Oxygen runs from $49 to $1,999 a month: $49 buys 4,900 credits, $99 buys 9,900 credits, $199 buys 19,900 credits, $499 buys 52,395 credits, $999 buys 109,890 credits, $1,999 buys 229,885 credits — the $499, $999 and $1,999 rungs include a 5%, 10% and 15% volume bonus, so bigger plans buy more credits per dollar. Your subscription is the credits, so there is no separate platform fee and no shelf-ware like a half-used Instantly plan.

Yes. Yearly plans are 12-month commitments paid monthly, saving about 17%. Monthly payments are $40.83, $82.50, $165.83, $415.83, $832.50, $1,665.83 before tax. Credits arrive after each monthly payment. The commitment renews annually unless you turn off renewal; payments continue until the term ends. Upgrades keep the term end, while downgrades and switching to monthly start at term end.

You top up on demand with any 100-credit increment from 800 to 100,000 credits, at $1.30 per 100 credits. Top-ups land in the same pool straight away, and purchased credits never expire.

Purchased credits never expire — they stay in the same pool until you spend them. Your current available balance is always visible in Billing.

Yes, per message. Email and WhatsApp sends cost 0 credits — you pay for the managed inboxes and connected accounts that send them, never per message, so scaling your send volume never scales your bill.

Each connected WhatsApp number reserves 3,000 credits a month from your balance, the same shape as a LinkedIn account. Messages sent from it cost 0 credits. If you still hold a dollar sending seat, it covers its account until it ends at renewal; from then on the account reserves credits instead, never both.

Yes, and it has no clock on it. Signing up needs no card: you get the full CRM, Tables, Workflows, Knowledge, and Agents, plus 1,000 credits. You can build a whole outbound motion — sequences, steps, enrollment, previews — before you pay anything. Connecting accounts, sending, publishing and buying managed email infrastructure only need the credits to pay for them; bringing your own provider keys needs a plan.

Rates scale with plan size. Each API key and each workspace may make this many requests a minute: Free 1,200, $49–$99 3,000, $199–$499 6,000, $999 12,000, $1,999 30,000. Table reads, table writes and live enrichment calls have their own per-key limits, listed in the pricing reference. A request over a limit gets HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header that says how long to wait. Limits only guard against runaway loops: they are never sold.

Each inbound webhook (a table endpoint or a workflow or agent trigger) accepts this many deliveries a minute, by plan size: Free 600, $49–$99 1,500, $199–$499 3,000, $999 6,000, $1,999 12,000. One sender may use the whole rate. A delivery over the limit gets HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header and nothing is written, so the sender redelivers; one delivery can also carry many rows.

Storage, import file size, the columns one table run can carry and the signals feed. Import file size: Free 500 MiB, $49–$99 1 GiB, $199–$499 2 GiB, $999–$1,999 5 GiB. Columns per table run or standing auto-run: Free 10, $49–$499 25, $999–$1,999 50. Signals feed per read: Free 100 events over 30 days, $49–$99 200 events over 90 days, $199–$499 500 events over 180 days, $999–$1,999 1,000 events over 365 days. The pricing reference and oxygen limits show list every limit for every plan size. Like the API rates, these are guards and never cost credits.

A scheduled workflow runs as often as every minute on every paid plan, and webhook and event triggers fire on every delivery. A Code step can run for up to 30 seconds and one run attempt for 30 minutes, after which the run picks up from its last checkpoint. Yes, on the $99 plan and above. Connect your own enrichment, AI, or provider keys and those calls bill 0 Oxygen credits — you pay the provider directly. When Oxygen fronts the key (managed), it bills in credits at a flat 5× provider cost.

Each connected LinkedIn account reserves 3,400 credits a month from your balance — invites, messages, InMails, profile visits, follows, likes, and comments all cost 0 additional credits, so the reservation is the whole LinkedIn price. If you run several client workspaces on one plan, the organization that pays holds the reservations. If you still hold a dollar sending seat, it covers its account until it ends at renewal; from then on the account reserves credits instead, never both.
