The best CRM for SaaS companies (2026)

The best CRM for SaaS depends on how you sell. Attio fits product-led teams best, with Workspaces and Users objects and Stripe and Hightouch apps. HubSpot suits teams that want one suite, Salesforce teams that will hire an admin, and Pipedrive, Close and folk small sales teams. OXYGEN suits outbound-led teams of 2 to 10 sellers that want a CRM and email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences together, with no seat per user.

What does a SaaS company need from a CRM?

A CRM for a SaaS company holds the same companies, people and deals as any CRM, plus two things a generic one lacks: billing data, such as plan, MRR and renewal date from Stripe, and product usage, such as which workspaces are active and how many seats they use. Product-led teams need both on the account to see who is ready for a sales call. Sales-led teams of 2 to 10 sellers need sequences, LinkedIn and a price that does not climb with every seat. We compared seven options on six points, from each vendor's own pricing pages, help centers and app listings, checked on 18 October 2026. OXYGEN wrote this list and is on it.

1.OXYGEN Agentic marketing and sales platform

Best for: Outbound-led SaaS teams of 2 to 10 sellers that want a CRM and email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences in one place, with no seat per user.

OXYGEN keeps companies, people, deals on a pipeline and objects you define, with an activity timeline where replies land, free on every plan. The same workspace finds leads through waterfalls across 17 email providers and runs sequences that mix email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, stopping a lead when they reply on any channel. It syncs both ways with HubSpot and one way to Attio, and imports from Pipedrive. It has no Stripe or product-usage sync, so it fits a sales-led motion better than a product-led one. Your team works in the web app, or your own AI agent runs it through the MCP server or the CLI.

Strengths

  • A CRM with companies, people, a deals pipeline and objects you define, free on every plan, the free one included.
  • Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence, with LinkedIn automated in the cloud at $34 a month per account.
  • One plan per workspace with no seat per user, and a two-way HubSpot sync if you keep HubSpot.

Watch out for

  • No Stripe or product-usage sync, no email or calendar sync, no permissions per record and no mobile app.
  • No Salesforce sync, and no SOC 2 report or SSO; HubSpot syncs both ways and Attio one way.
Starts at
Free plan with the CRM; paid from $49 a month
Pick it if
You sell outbound with a small team and want the CRM, lead data and sequences on one bill, with no seat per user.
Pick something else if
You run a product-led motion that needs Stripe and usage data on the account, or you need Salesforce, SSO or a mobile app.

2.HubSpot Sales Hub CRM suite with sales seats

Best for: SaaS teams that want sales, marketing and service on one CRM, and the budget to grow into Professional seats.

HubSpot's free plan covers up to 2 users, and Sales Hub adds paid seats on top of the same CRM. Sequences, forecasting and up to 300 workflows start on Professional, at $100 a seat a month or $90 billed yearly, with a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500. Calling is built in, LinkedIn actions in a sequence need a Sales Navigator subscription, and data enrichment runs from Starter. A HubSpot-built Stripe app syncs customers, invoices and products, while subscriptions sync into custom objects, which need Enterprise.

Strengths

  • Sales, marketing and service hubs on the same CRM records, so the team grows without a migration.
  • A free, HubSpot-built Stripe app that syncs customers, invoices and products into the CRM.
  • Built-in calling, and an official MCP server at mcp.hubspot.com.

Watch out for

  • Sequences start on Professional, at $100 a seat a month plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee, up from a $20 Starter list price.
  • Custom objects, and with them Stripe subscription sync, need Enterprise; WhatsApp needs Marketing or Service Hub Professional.
Starts at
Free for 2 users; Professional $100 a seat a month, or $90 yearly
Pick it if
You want one CRM for sales, marketing and service, and can pay for Professional seats.
Pick something else if
You want sequences for less than $100 a seat, or custom objects without an Enterprise plan.

3.Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise CRM platform

Best for: SaaS teams that expect to grow into a large sales org and will hire an admin to run the CRM.

Salesforce runs from a Free Suite for 2 users and Starter Suite at $25 a user a month to Pro Suite at $100, Core at $195 and higher editions, billed yearly above Starter. Pro Suite adds 50 custom objects, forecasting and limited Data Cloud features, but Flow Builder is capped at 5 flows and the API costs $25 a user more. Sequences need the Sales Engagement add-on at $50 a user a month, and AI and the hosted MCP servers start at Core.

Strengths

  • Room to grow: editions from Starter to Max, with forecasting from Pro Suite and pipeline inspection from Core.
  • 50 custom objects on Pro Suite, and Data Cloud for synced data, limited on Pro Suite and full from Core.
  • Hosted MCP servers for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or a custom agent, from Enterprise Edition (Core).

Watch out for

  • Sequences are a $50 add-on per user, and the API costs $25 more per user on Pro Suite.
  • Above Starter every edition is billed yearly, and Core nearly doubles Pro Suite's $100 seat.
Starts at
Free Suite for 2 users; Starter Suite $25 a user; Pro Suite $100, billed yearly
Pick it if
You plan for a large sales org and want a platform an admin can shape to your process.
Pick something else if
You have no admin, or want sequences and the API included in the seat price.

4.Pipedrive Pipeline-first sales CRM

Best for: Small sales-led SaaS teams that want a clear deals pipeline at a low price per seat.

Pipedrive is built around the deals pipeline. Lite costs $24 a seat a month, or $14 billed yearly, and Growth, at $49 or $39 yearly, adds email sequences (5 per company), 50 automations, forecasting and product subscriptions on deals. Calls are logged with caller ID on every plan, but no dialer is listed, and email and phone enrichment are on Ultimate only. Its official MCP server works on every plan, and its SaaS industry page lists general pipeline features rather than product-usage data.

Strengths

  • A low entry price, $14 a seat billed yearly on Lite, with API access and webhooks on every plan.
  • Sequences, forecasting and product subscriptions on deals from Growth.
  • An official MCP server on every plan, with setup guides for ChatGPT and Claude.

Watch out for

  • No custom objects: only custom fields, from 30 on Lite to 500 on Ultimate.
  • Monthly billing costs much more than yearly ($24 against $14 on Lite), and email and phone enrichment are on Ultimate only.
Starts at
Lite $24 a seat a month, Growth $49; $14 and $39 billed yearly
Pick it if
You want a simple pipeline your reps update every day, at a low price per seat.
Pick something else if
You need custom objects for workspaces and users, or LinkedIn steps in a sequence.

5.Attio Data-model CRM with PLG objects

Best for: Product-led SaaS teams that want workspaces, users, Stripe and warehouse data next to their deals.

Attio fits product-led SaaS best of the CRMs here. It ships standard Workspaces and Users objects for PLG motions, an official Hightouch app that upserts data from Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift into those records, and a Stripe app whose workflow blocks look up customers, subscriptions and invoices. Workflows, AI agents, the API and an MCP server are on every plan. Sequences, custom objects and call intelligence start on Pro, at $99 a seat a month or $79 billed yearly, and its sequences send email.

Strengths

  • Official Hightouch and Stripe apps bring warehouse and billing data into records and workflows.
  • A free plan for up to 3 seats, with workflows, AI and the MCP server on every plan.

Watch out for

  • Sequences, custom objects and call intelligence start on Pro, at $99 a seat a month or $79 yearly.
  • Its sequences send email only, and AI and workflows draw on shared credits that cost extra at volume.
Starts at
Free for 3 seats; Plus $44, Pro $99 a seat a month
Pick it if
You sell product-led and want product usage and billing data on the account record.
Pick something else if
You want LinkedIn or WhatsApp in the same sequence as email, or sequences below the Pro price.

6.Close Sales CRM with built-in calling and SMS

Best for: Inside sales teams that call, text and email from the CRM, with an AI agent on every plan.

Close puts calling and SMS on every plan, billed by use at about $0.02 a minute for most outbound calls. Sequences of email, SMS and call steps, the power dialer and workflows start on Growth, at $109 a seat a month or $99 billed yearly, and custom objects need Scale. Chloe, its AI agent, works on every plan and is paid in AI credits, which enrichment uses too, and a Segment destination creates or updates leads and contacts. An official MCP server works on every plan.

  • Email, SMS and call steps in one sequence on Growth.
  • A Segment destination and an official MCP server, both on every plan.

  • Sequences and workflows jump from $49 a seat on Essentials to $109 on Growth, and custom objects need Scale.
  • Calls, SMS and Chloe's work are metered on top of the seat price.

CRMs for SaaS FAQ

What is the best CRM for SaaS?

It depends on your motion. For product-led SaaS, Attio fits best: it has Workspaces and Users objects, a Hightouch app for warehouse data and a Stripe app for billing lookups. HubSpot suits teams that want sales, marketing and service in one suite, and Salesforce suits teams heading for a large sales org with an admin. For an outbound-led team of 2 to 10 sellers, OXYGEN puts the CRM next to email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences with no seat per user.

What does a SaaS company need from a CRM that a generic CRM lacks?

Billing data, such as plan, MRR and renewal date, and product usage, such as active workspaces and seats, on the account. Product-led teams use both to find accounts ready for a sales call. Attio models this with Workspaces and Users objects and Hightouch and Stripe apps, HubSpot syncs Stripe customers and invoices, Close takes leads and contacts from Segment, and Salesforce offers Data Cloud from Pro Suite. OXYGEN has no Stripe or product-usage sync.

HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio for an early-stage SaaS team?

HubSpot is the easiest start: free for 2 users, then sequences on Professional at $100 a seat a month plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. Salesforce Starter Suite costs $25 a user, but sequences are a $50 add-on from Pro Suite, and most teams need an admin. Attio is free for 3 seats and fits product-led teams best, with sequences on Pro at $99 a seat. If you sell outbound and want LinkedIn in the sequence, OXYGEN adds that with no seat per user.

What does a CRM for SaaS cost for 5 sellers?

On the tier with sequences, at monthly list prices: HubSpot Professional 5 × $100 = $500 plus a $1,500 onboarding fee; Salesforce Pro Suite 5 × $100 = $500, billed yearly, plus 5 × $50 = $250 for Sales Engagement; Attio Pro 5 × $99 = $495; Close Growth 5 × $109 = $545 plus calls; folk Premium 5 × $60 = $300; Pipedrive Growth 5 × $49 = $245. OXYGEN is one plan per workspace from $49 a month with no seat per user, plus $34 a month per LinkedIn account.

Do I need a separate sequencer next to my CRM?

Often, yes. HubSpot sequences start on Professional and treat LinkedIn as a Sales Navigator action, Attio and folk sequences send email only, Pipedrive caps sequences at 5 on Growth, and Salesforce sells them as a $50 add-on. Close adds SMS and call steps. OXYGEN runs email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence next to its CRM, stops a lead when they reply on any channel, and puts the reply on the same record.

Does OXYGEN work with HubSpot?

Yes. OXYGEN syncs contacts and companies both ways with HubSpot, so a team can keep HubSpot as its CRM and run lead data and sequences in OXYGEN. It also syncs one way to Attio and imports from Pipedrive. It has no Salesforce sync, so a team that runs on Salesforce should pick a tool that syncs with it.

Can AI agents work in these CRMs?

Yes, all seven have an MCP server. Attio, Close, folk and Pipedrive offer theirs on every plan, HubSpot runs one at mcp.hubspot.com, and Salesforce's hosted servers start at Enterprise Edition (Core) and draw on Flex Credits. OXYGEN's MCP server and CLI reach the CRM, tables, enrichment and sequences, so one agent session can build a list, enrich it and enroll it, with an approval before paid steps and sends.

Is there a free CRM for a SaaS startup?

HubSpot is free for up to 2 users, Salesforce's Free Suite includes 2 user licenses, and Attio is free for up to 3 seats. OXYGEN's free plan includes the CRM, tables and workflows with 1,000 credits once and no time limit, though sending needs a paid plan. Pipedrive and Close have no free plan, only 14-day trials, and folk shows a 2-week trial.
