ZoomInfo pricing: plans, credits and what drives the quote

Quick answer

ZoomInfo pricing is by quote: it publishes no prices for its sales and marketing packages. Each quote is built from seats, credits for exported records, add-ons and the contract length. Contracts typically run one to three years, are billed in advance and cannot be canceled early. Small teams can start free with ZoomInfo Lite, or buy pay-as-you-go credits through GTM AI.

How much does ZoomInfo cost?

ZoomInfo does not publish a price for any of its sales or marketing packages. Its pricing page names the packages and offers a form, and a sales rep then quotes your team. Its pricing FAQ says the price depends on users, monthly exports and how deep the data goes.

That FAQ also says ZoomInfo's prices do not start at $15,000, a figure it says Cognism, Demandbase, Lusha, Apollo and others give.

ZoomInfo's 2025 annual report counts its biggest customers. At the end of 2025, 1,921 customers had contracts worth $100,000 or more a year. Together they made up over half of ZoomInfo's total yearly contract value. That is a count of customers, not a price.

The exception is GTM AI, ZoomInfo's product for developers and AI agents, which lists pay-as-you-go prices.

What do ZoomInfo's plans include?

Sales plans run from contact and company data (Professional) to buyer intent and workflows (the Copilot tiers); marketing plans cover intent topics and ad audiences. ZoomInfo's pricing page shows three tiers in each line, and every tier includes the one below it. The sales plans are Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise; the marketing plans are Marketing Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise. Talent, for recruiters, is also sold by quote.

Professional is the data itself: contact and company profiles, mobile numbers and business emails, search, export and CRM integrations. Copilot Advanced adds buyer intent, which flags companies searching for products like yours, plus website visitors and workflows. Copilot Enterprise adds real-time intent, custom integrations and a dedicated customer service manager.

The names on a quote may not match the pricing page. ZoomInfo's AI fact file says Copilot is no longer sold on its own: its AI now runs inside GTM Workspace, launched in October 2025.

What drives the price of a ZoomInfo quote?

Seats, credits, data depth, add-ons and the contract set the price. ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ names users, monthly exports and data depth as the three core factors. It also lists integrations, contract length and volume discounts.

What drives the price of a ZoomInfo quote: seats, credits, data depth, add-ons and the contract.
The five things that set the price of a ZoomInfo quote.
  • Seats: ZoomInfo prices per user, so every rep with a login adds to the quote.
  • Credits: one credit per record you export to a CSV file or a CRM. Each package includes a set number of monthly credits.
  • Data depth: the cost of credits depends on how deep the data goes. Basic credits cover company and contact details; richer ones add technographics (the tools a company uses), org charts and real-time alerts.
  • Add-ons: Streaming Intent, which shows in real time when companies search for products like yours, is priced on how many keywords and accounts you track.
  • Integrations: these typically have a base cost and need a minimum purchase of bulk credits, a pool the whole company shares.
  • Contract: ZoomInfo's FAQ lists contract length and volume discounts among the things that change the price.

How do ZoomInfo credits work?

One credit pays for one exported record. Each contact or company you export to a CSV file or a CRM uses one, from the web app, the Chrome extension or an integration. Looking at records uses no credits, but each user can reveal only a set number of contacts a month.

  • Monthly credits belong to one user and refresh at midnight Pacific Time on the first of each month. They do not roll over or move to another user.
  • Bulk credits are one shared pool for the company, used by automations such as Workflows. They expire at the end of the contract term.
  • AI Action Credits are a separate type for AI work in GTM Studio and ZoomInfo's MCP server. MCP is the link that lets AI assistants such as Claude use a tool.
  • A record you export stays free to export again for up to a year. When two users export the same record, each pays a credit.

What are ZoomInfo's contract terms?

A ZoomInfo contract typically runs one to three years and cannot be canceled before it ends. ZoomInfo's annual report says about 53% of its contracts, by yearly value, run more than one year. It typically bills each year, half year or quarter in advance.

Its license terms say the agreement is not cancellable. You can end it early only after a serious breach left unfixed for 21 days, by mutual agreement, or when ZoomInfo misses a guarantee.

  • Renewal: if your contract is set to renew, an admin must opt out in the Billing Portal at least 60 days before the renewal date. Once turned off, auto-renewal cannot be turned back on.
  • Guarantees: 99.9% uptime and 95% accurate contacts. If ZoomInfo keeps missing either after you give notice, you can end the contract and get back prepaid fees for the time left.
  • Payment: fees are due when you sign the order form, or within 30 days of the invoice if no schedule is set. Late payments can carry interest of 1.5% a month.
  • Seats: each login is for one named employee. Sharing a login with a colleague counts as buying another seat for the rest of the term.
  • Adding seats or credits: admins can buy more by card in the Admin Portal, up to $25,000 a purchase. New seats join the existing contract, priced for the time left.
  • Private pricing: the license terms treat your pricing as ZoomInfo's confidential information.

Can you pay for ZoomInfo monthly?

Not month to month: ZoomInfo's packages come on a contract that typically runs one to three years. Its pricing FAQ says the sales team agrees payment frequency with you, and its billing page covers customers billed monthly. To buy ZoomInfo data with no contract, use GTM AI: one tier, no contract and no seat fees.

Is there a free version of ZoomInfo?

Yes: ZoomInfo Lite is free, and the main platform has a free trial. Lite gives anyone with a business email a set number of monthly credits. Each credit reveals one contact's business email and phone number. Credits do not roll over, and people who pay or paid for ZoomInfo's premium services cannot sign up.

Lite does not make you share data. Connect your work email or CRM and share business contacts, and the Community Edition adds more monthly credits. ZoomInfo's annual report says this shared data helps keep its database accurate.

The free trial typically lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. ZoomInfo says it covers core features such as contact and company search, intent signals and email outreach, with usage limits.

What does ZoomInfo cost pay as you go?

Through GTM AI, ZoomInfo data costs 25 to 45 cents a record at list price. GTM AI sells ZoomInfo's data to developers and AI agents. They reach it through an API (a way for software to ask for data), a command-line tool (CLI) or an MCP server.

GTM AI data credits at list price: 100 for $45, 1,000 for $410, 10,000 for $3,800 and 100,000 for $25,000.
GTM AI's data credits at list price, from its pricing page on October 24, 2026.

A new account gets 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits free, with no credit card. After that you top up from $20, with no contract and no seat fees. A data credit pays for one company, contact or intent record filled in with ZoomInfo data or exported.

AI credits cost a flat 5 cents each and pay for research and other AI work. GTM AI's docs say most account or contact research calls use 5 to 15 credits.

  • 100 data credits: $45, or 45 cents each.
  • 1,000 data credits: $410, or 41 cents each.
  • 10,000 data credits: $3,800, or 38 cents each.
  • 100,000 data credits: $25,000, or 25 cents each.
  • First purchase: 70% off your first data credit top-up, for a limited time.
  • Free: search, lookup and find similar never use credits.
  • Expiry: GTM AI's FAQ says credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Its price calculator says otherwise, so confirm before you buy a large pack.
  • Mobile phone data and annual volume pricing come with enterprise packages.

Why is ZoomInfo so expensive?

ZoomInfo is priced for larger sales teams. Its pricing FAQ says it is not enterprise-only and also serves individuals, startups and growing teams. Its AI fact file describes its users as teams at business-to-business (B2B) companies with 100 or more employees. Its annual report describes a move upmarket, toward larger customers. Customers paying $100,000 or more a year made up over half of its yearly contract value at the end of 2025.

The price also stacks up from parts: seats, export credits, intent data, integrations and a contract of one to three years, paid in advance. A small team that needs emails for one campaign uses little of that.

ZoomInfo's own annual report warns that rivals' pay-as-you-go pricing may appeal more to small and mid-sized customers on tight budgets.

What is a cheaper alternative to ZoomInfo?

The cheapest ways to start are free tiers and tools with public prices and no long contract. Outside ZoomInfo, Apollo is the closest match: a contact database with email outreach built in.

  • ZoomInfo Lite: free monthly credits for one person with a business email.
  • GTM AI: ZoomInfo's data on credits, with no contract and top-ups from $20.
  • Apollo: a free plan, and Basic at $49 a seat a month billed yearly, or $65 billed monthly.
  • OXYGEN, which publishes this guide: one plan per workspace (your team's shared account), billed monthly or yearly at a discount, with no seat fees. Email and phone lookups charge only when they find a value.

How do you negotiate a ZoomInfo contract?

Know your seats, your monthly exports and your renewal date before the first call. ZoomInfo's FAQ says contract length and volume discounts change the price, so ask for more than one quote.

  • Count seats by named user. Each login is for one employee, and a shared login counts as another seat.
  • Size credits to the records you export in a normal month. Monthly credits do not roll over, and bulk credits expire with the contract.
  • Ask for quotes at one year and at two or three years, and compare the yearly cost of each.
  • Agree the billing schedule before you sign. ZoomInfo's sales team sets payment frequency with you, and its billing team takes requests for longer payment terms.
  • Test the data first: run the free trial, or GTM AI's free credits, on your own target accounts.
  • Note the date 60 days before renewal. After it, an admin can no longer turn off auto-renewal for that term.

What does OXYGEN cost instead?

OXYGEN publishes its prices and bills month to month, or yearly at a discount. One plan starts at $49 a month per workspace, your team's shared account, with no charge per seat. You can turn off renewal from the billing page, and a canceled workspace moves to the free plan.

OXYGEN has no contact database of its own: people searches run through data providers on credits. It tries up to 17 email and 13 phone providers in turn, on plan credits or your own keys. It charges only when one finds a value: about $0.085 per email and $0.99 per phone number.

The CRM, tables and extra users cost nothing. A free workspace comes with 250 credits once, to test lookups on your own list. Your own provider keys work from the $99 plan.

What OXYGEN does not do here

  • No contact database of its own: people searches run through data providers on credits, or through Apollo's database on your own Apollo key.
  • No buyer intent topics or display ad network, which ZoomInfo's packages include.
  • No Salesforce sync; HubSpot syncs both ways.
  • Your own provider keys need a paid plan, from the $99 plan.

Frequently asked questions

How much does ZoomInfo cost?

ZoomInfo does not publish prices for its sales or marketing packages. A sales rep quotes each team on seats, export credits, data, add-ons and contract length. Its 2025 annual report counted 1,921 customers paying six figures or more a year. GTM AI, its pay-as-you-go product for developers, is the one part with public prices.

Does ZoomInfo have a free plan?

Yes. ZoomInfo Lite is free for anyone with a business email who is not a current or past paying customer. It gives a set number of monthly credits to reveal contacts, with more if you share business contacts. Credits do not roll over. The main platform also has a free trial, typically 7 days, with no credit card.

Why is ZoomInfo so expensive?

ZoomInfo is priced for larger sales teams. You pay per seat, buy credits for exports, add intent data and integrations, and usually commit for one to three years in advance. Customers paying six figures or more a year made up over half of its yearly contract value at the end of 2025.

Can I buy ZoomInfo monthly?

Not month to month. ZoomInfo's packages come on contracts that typically run one to three years and cannot be canceled early. Payment timing is agreed with sales, and ZoomInfo typically bills each year, half year or quarter in advance. To pay as you go with no contract, use GTM AI, which sells ZoomInfo data on credits.

What is a cheaper alternative to ZoomInfo?

Start with options that publish prices and need no long contract. ZoomInfo Lite is free, and GTM AI sells ZoomInfo data on pay-as-you-go credits. Apollo has a free plan and per-seat plans billed monthly or yearly. OXYGEN bills per workspace with no seat fees and charges for email and phone lookups only when it finds a value.

Does ZoomInfo's price start at $15,000?

ZoomInfo says no. Its pricing FAQ says its prices do not start at that figure, which it says Cognism, Demandbase, Lusha, Apollo and others quote. It does not publish a starting price of its own, so a written quote for your team is the only firm number.

Does ZoomInfo charge per user?

Yes. ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ says it uses seat-based pricing, so the total depends on how many people use the platform. Its license terms tie each login to one named employee. Sharing a login with a colleague counts as buying another seat for the rest of the term.

How do I cancel ZoomInfo?

You cannot cancel a ZoomInfo contract early. It ends before its term only after an unfixed serious breach, by mutual agreement, or when ZoomInfo misses its uptime or data-accuracy guarantee. To stop it renewing, an admin turns off auto-renewal in the Billing Portal at least 60 days before the renewal date. Once turned off, it cannot be turned back on, so you would renew by hand.
