The best waterfall enrichment tools for B2B GTM teams (2026)

The best waterfall enrichment tool depends on what happens after the find. OXYGEN chains 17 email and 13 phone providers, then sends the leads it finds into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences with a CRM built in, from $49 a month. Clay suits GTM engineers building custom flows. BetterContact, FullEnrich and Persana AI find emails and mobiles for less, and pipe0 serves developers through an API.

What is waterfall enrichment, and what should you compare?

Waterfall enrichment asks several data providers in turn until one returns the value you need, such as a work email or a mobile number, and stops there. No single provider covers every company and region, so a chain finds more than any one source. The tools below differ in four ways: how many providers they chain, what a found email or mobile costs, whether a miss is free, and what happens to the lead next. The last one decides your stack: either the same tool sends the sequence and keeps the CRM record, or you export the list into a sequencer and a CRM.

1.OXYGEN Agentic marketing and sales platform

Best for: B2B GTM teams that want the emails they find to go straight into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences and a CRM.

OXYGEN chains 17 email and 13 phone providers, cheaper ones first, and charges only when one finds the value. What sets it apart is what happens next: the leads it finds go from the same table into a sequence that mixes email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps and stops when they reply on any channel, and the reply lands on their CRM record. Your team works in the web app, or your own AI agent runs the same steps through the MCP server or the CLI.

Strengths

  • Found leads go straight from the table into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences, with no export or sync.
  • LinkedIn runs in the cloud with no browser extension, at $34 a month per account and no seat per user.
  • Each value records the provider that found it, and a free preview quotes the cost before a run, under a credit ceiling you set.

Watch out for

  • Per value found it costs more than the specialists: about $0.085 per email and $0.99 per mobile on average.
  • No contact database of its own: leads come from data providers on credits.
Starts at
Free plan; paid from $49 a month
Pick it if
The team that finds the leads also sends the sequences, and you want both and the CRM in one place.
Pick something else if
You only need the cheapest emails and mobiles, or a contact database inside the tool.

2.Clay GTM data platform with waterfalls

Best for: GTM engineers who build custom enrichment flows across many data sources.

Clay builds waterfalls in its tables on Clay's data credits on every plan, Free included, or on your own keys, and its directory lists 24 work-email finders on Clay credits. An email costs about 1 data credit and a phone number about 5. Clay sends email itself through Sequencer, built on Smartlead, from its Launch plan. LinkedIn steps go to partner tools such as HeyReach, La Growth Machine or lemlist, each on its own account and price.

Strengths

  • Waterfalls on every plan, Free included, on Clay's data credits or your own provider keys.
  • Its directory lists 24 work-email finders on Clay credits.
  • An email Sequencer from Launch, with warm-up and a stop on reply.

Watch out for

  • Two meters to plan for, actions and data credits, and phone lookups start on paid plans.
  • Sequencer sends email only, in campaigns of up to 4 steps; LinkedIn needs a partner tool with its own price.
Starts at
Free; Launch $185 a month ($167 billed yearly)
Pick it if
You have a GTM engineer and want custom flows across many data sources.
Pick something else if
Your sales team, not an engineer, runs the work, or you want LinkedIn in the same sequence.

3.BetterContact Waterfall enrichment for emails and mobiles

Best for: Teams that want a low entry price on a verified email and mobile waterfall, and send from another tool.

BetterContact runs a waterfall across 20+ data sources for work emails and mobile numbers, verifies each result and charges only when valid data is found: 1 credit per email and 10 per mobile. It does not send. Results reach your other tools through 28 native integrations and a REST API, among them HubSpot, Google Sheets, Clay, Make and Zapier. OXYGEN also calls BetterContact as the last step of its own email and mobile chains.

Strengths

  • Charged only when valid data is found, with verification included in the credit.
  • 20+ data sources in one waterfall, and 50 free credits to try it.
  • 28 native integrations and a REST API, including HubSpot, Clay, Make and Zapier.

Watch out for

  • Enrichment only: the sequences and the CRM run in other tools.
Starts at
50 free credits; Starter $15 a month for 200
Pick it if
You need verified emails and mobiles at a low price and already run a sequencer and a CRM.
Pick something else if
You want found leads to go into sequences without an export or an integration.

4.FullEnrich Waterfall enrichment for emails and mobiles

Best for: Teams that call prospects and need verified mobile numbers as much as emails, with unlimited users.

FullEnrich runs a waterfall across 25+ sources for work emails, personal emails and mobile numbers, verifies what it finds and charges nothing for a miss. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Every plan has unlimited users, and it reaches your tools through a HubSpot integration, an API, an MCP server and Zapier, Make or Clay. It does not send sequences. FullEnrich is also one of the providers OXYGEN's waterfall can call.

Strengths

  • 25+ sources in one waterfall, verified, with no charge when nothing is found.
  • Unlimited users on every plan; unused credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans.
  • An API, an MCP server and a HubSpot integration that pushes contacts and companies.

Watch out for

  • Enrichment only: the sequences and the CRM run in other tools.
  • Your own provider keys need the Enterprise plan.

Pick it if
You call prospects and want a specialist for mobile numbers.
Pick something else if
You want found leads to go into sequences without an export.

5.Persana AI AI enrichment and research platform

Best for: Teams that want enrichment, AI research agents and web scrapers on one set of credits.

Persana AI runs email and phone waterfalls across 100+ data providers, with AI research agents, web scrapers and playbooks on the same credits. An email found costs 1 credit and a phone found 10. From its Growth plan it pushes leads to sequencers such as Smartlead, Instantly, Salesloft and Outreach and runs on your own API keys; HubSpot and Salesforce sync start on Pro, and its own email sequencing and sending on Unlimited.

Strengths

  • Email and phone waterfalls across 100+ data providers, charged per value found.
  • AI research agents, web scrapers and playbooks on the same credits.
  • Pushes leads to Smartlead, Instantly, Salesloft and Outreach from Growth.

Watch out for

  • Research, scraping and enrichment share one credit pool, so heavy research eats into the email budget.
  • Its own email sequencing and sending start on Unlimited, at $600 a month billed yearly.
Starts at
Free; Starter $85 a month ($68 billed yearly)
Pick it if
You want AI research and enrichment in one tool and send from Smartlead, Instantly or Outreach.
Pick something else if
You want to send from the same tool without the Unlimited plan.

6.pipe0 Enrichment API, sheets and MCP

Best for: Developers and coding agents that build enrichment into their own product or workflows.

pipe0 finds and enriches B2B contacts across 50+ providers, in sheets, through an API or from coding agents over MCP. Every waterfall bills only the provider that found the data, and misses cost nothing; its pricing page lists averages of 4.5 cents per work email and 14 cents per mobile, or 3 and 10 cents with high-volume pricing. Its actions write to your CRM, post to Slack and enroll leads in sequences on your own connections, so the sending stays in another tool.

Strengths

  • Pay as you go at $0.035 a credit, and the credits never expire.
  • Sheets, an API and an MCP server on every plan, with free sandbox runs.
  • Each waterfall bills only the provider that found the data.

Watch out for

  • No sending of its own: the sequences run in the tools you connect.

Pick it if
You are building enrichment into your own product, agent or sheets and want to pay per result.
Pick something else if

Waterfall enrichment tools FAQ

What is waterfall enrichment?

Waterfall enrichment asks data providers in order until one returns the value you need, such as a work email or a mobile number, then stops. Each extra provider covers companies and regions the others miss, so a waterfall finds more than any single source, and the order of the providers decides what you pay.

Do I pay when nothing is found?

Not on OXYGEN, BetterContact, FullEnrich, Persana AI or pipe0: each charges for a found value, and BetterContact and FullEnrich only for a verified one. Email verification can still cost credits, and on OXYGEN a call on your own provider key pays a small platform fee even on a miss, so read each pricing page for those.

How many providers does a waterfall need?

Order matters more than the count. Put the cheaper sources first, send only the rows still missing to the expensive ones, and verify every email before you send. OXYGEN's default chain works that way, with an aggregator as the last step, and you can change the order for any run.

Should enrichment and sequencing live in the same tool?

If the same team finds the contacts and sends the outreach, one tool saves the export, the field mapping and the sync between them, and a reply can update the record the data came from. OXYGEN works that way, with email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence and a CRM built in. If your data feeds several teams and tools, a specialist such as FullEnrich or BetterContact plus your own sequencer is the simpler fit.

Can I use my own provider keys?

On OXYGEN, yes, from the $99 plan: each step in the chain runs on your key or on OXYGEN's account, and a step without a connected key is skipped. Clay runs waterfalls on your own keys on every plan, Persana AI from its Growth plan, and FullEnrich on Enterprise.

Which waterfall enrichment tool is cheapest per email found?

On list prices, pipe0, Persana AI, BetterContact and FullEnrich find a work email for about 3 to 6 cents. OXYGEN averages $0.085 per email found and Clay about 1 data credit. OXYGEN pays off when the same workspace also runs the sequences and the CRM, so you do not run a second tool to reach the people you found.

What should happen after the data lands?

Verify the emails, then load the contacts into a sequence and the CRM. With an enrichment specialist that means an export or an integration into your sequencer. In OXYGEN the found email is already on the table the sequence enrolls from, and a reply on email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp stops the sequence and lands on the contact's CRM record.
