Find IT partners
Find IT services firms and MSPs by stack and headcount
An MSP is defined by the vendors it resells and the engineers it can staff. Both leave a public trail: the certifications on the site, and the roles in the job board.
Two managed service providers of the same size sell completely different books. One runs a Microsoft practice for dentists; the other does network and security work for manufacturers. Headcount says almost nothing here. The vendor practice and the hiring pattern say nearly everything.
TheirStack supplies postings and the platforms named inside them. BuiltWith reads what the firm runs on its own domain. People Data Labs carries size and location, and the email chain opens with Blitz API and falls through to LeadMagic on the residual.
It all lands on rows in one hosted table, each cell keeping its provider, cost, and error. When you disagree with a qualification later, you can see which column produced it instead of rebuilding the list.
Example searches
Ask for it the way you'd say it
Every search below runs on the same hosted Tables, with the cost previewed before anything is spent.
Practice, not category
managed service providers that mention azure and endpoint security, fifteen to two hundred people
Each qualifier is its own column, so a firm matching only one of the two stays visible instead of being silently excluded.
Hiring as the tell
show msps that posted a network or cloud engineer role in the last quarter
Postings land as dated rows in the table beside the firm, so a month later the evidence that put it on the list is still readable.
Owner-operated shops
independent it services firms under thirty staff, exclude anything owned by a national rollup
Rollup membership becomes a column rather than a guess from the brand name, so excluded rows stay readable.
Plays
Three motions you can run this week
Each one is a chain of Oxygen primitives — the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.
Vendor-practice qualified list
Only firms with a live practice in the platform you integrate with reach the sequence.
- 1Source firms by region and size, then add columns for practice and posting evidence.
- 2Keep rows where two signals agree, resolve the delivery owner, and enroll those.
oxygen columns addHiring spike as the opening line
Outreach lands the week a firm staffs up around the platform you support.
- 1Bind a posting search as a feed so new engineering roles arrive as rows on a cadence.
- 2Enroll only firms whose postings name your platform, and suppress the rest.
oxygen signals search runChannel map for a partner program
A ranked view of which firms could resell you, by practice depth and bench size.
- 1Score practice depth, headcount, and posting volume in a formula column.
- 2Read the banding on a dashboard instead of exporting the table to a spreadsheet.

Who you can reach
Roles you can find at IT services firms and managed service providers
Reachability is per channel: a role marked for mobile is one the phone waterfall usually resolves, not a guarantee for every record.
| Role | Seniority | Reachable by |
|---|---|---|
| Founder or managing partner | Owner/Founder | Work emailLinkedInMobile |
| Chief technology officer | C-level | Work emailLinkedIn |
| VP of service delivery | VP | Work emailLinkedIn |
| Director of managed services | Director | Work emailLinkedIn |
| Virtual CIO | Director | Work emailLinkedIn |

Filters you can search on
- Vendor practice named on the site
- Technologies named in recent postings
- Engineering roles posted this quarter
- Headcount band and staff growth
- Client industries served
- Country, state, or metro area
- Independent or owned by a rollup
Firms that publish a partner or certification page resolve cleanly, and so does any firm posting engineering roles. A quiet twelve-person shop with a brochure site and no job board still appears with its listing and a contact, but the practice columns come back empty. Read an empty cell as unknown, never as evidence the practice is missing.
Data sources
What the data actually comes from
Every value lands with its provider and cost recorded on the cell.

TheirStack
Job postings and the platforms named inside them, the earliest public sign of a real practice.

BuiltWith
Technology on the firm's own domain, which helps separate a reseller from an operator.

People Data Labs
Firmographics for size, location, and growth, plus the people records behind each firm.

Blitz API
Opens the work-email waterfall so most rows resolve before a metered lane is reached.
LeadMagic
Runs on what is left and returns email or mobile, charged on a hit rather than an attempt.
Run these on Oxygen's managed credits, or connect your own provider keys and pay the vendor directly — the same columns, the same runs, the same provenance either way. See every integration.
Limits
Where this stops
- Partner badges age badly. A certification page can sit untouched for years, so pair it with posting evidence before you treat a practice as active.
- Rollup ownership is not always public. Acquired firms often keep their brand and site, and the record will show the independent name.
