For founders

The GTM stack a founder can run alone

Before the first sales hire, revenue is a founder problem. This is the stack one person runs end to end.

try

Founder-led growth breaks in a predictable place. The first fifty customers came from your network. The next fifty need a repeatable motion, and building one means sourcing, enrichment, deliverability, cadence, and reporting.

Oxygen puts all of it in one workspace on one credit meter. Tables hold the working lists. Records hold the accounts, people, and deals that survive. Sequences own the sending, and Messages hold every reply across channels.

Who this is for
A founder or CEO of a four to fifty person B2B SaaS company who still owns revenue. Real product market fit, paying customers, and no GTM engineer.
What it looks like today
The advice is to run outbound like a team of five. The reality is an evening in a spreadsheet, a sequencer that does not know what the spreadsheet knows, and an inbox where replies get lost.
What changes
One workspace holds the list, the enrichment, the CRM, the cadence, and the replies. Every paid action previews its scope and cost first, so a late-night session cannot become a surprise bill.

Example searches

Ask for it the way you'd say it

Every search below runs on the same hosted Tables, with the cost previewed before anything is spent.

  • Lookalikes of your best customers

look at my three best customers and build a list of 200 companies that look like them

The shared attributes become visible filters on the table, so you can read and change them.

  • The right person, not the first person

for every company here find the person who owns this decision and a verified email

The table shows the title actually found at each account, not one forced label.

  • What is still waiting on you

show me every conversation i started last month and which ones are still waiting on an answer from me

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp threads sit in one list with a status each, so the ones you dropped are visible instead of buried.

Plays

Three motions you can run this week

Each one is a chain of Oxygen primitives — the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.

  • First outbound motion in an afternoon

A sourced, enriched, verified list enrolled from your own domain.

    1. 1Fill in the company profile and ICP so drafts read one source.
    2. 2Source, enrich, verify, connect a domain, start the sequence.

  • Turn your network into pipeline

LinkedIn conversations and connections become accounts you can work.

    1. 1Import connections and profile viewers into the workspace.
    2. 2Promote the ones that fit and enroll at a human pace.

  • One inbox for what comes back

Replies across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp triaged in one place.

    1. 1Read the merged inbox and set a status per conversation.
    2. 2Log the outcome so the funnel view stays honest.

Capabilities

What you get

  • One tool instead of the usual five

Sourcing, enrichment, the CRM, sequences, the inbox, and reporting run on one database and meter.

  • A workspace your assistant can drive

The CLI and MCP server expose the same actions as the web app, so you can check in the browser what your assistant did.

  • Spend you approve before it happens

Paid actions preview scope and cost and require a ceiling. One dollar is 1,000 credits; Starter is $99.

  • Start free, permanently

A new workspace gets 10,000 credits once at signup, no card and no clock. The CRM, workflows, and agents stay unmetered.

Data sources

What the data actually comes from

Every value lands with its provider and cost recorded on the cell.

  • People Data Labs

Company and people firmographics for a list matching the customers you already have.

  • Blitz API

Head of the work-email and phone chains, and the lane that keeps metered providers idle.

  • LeadMagic

Coverage the cheaper lanes miss, including contacts outside the United States.

  • MillionVerifier

Grades every address the finder wrote, so a sequence does not learn about a bad domain by bouncing.

Run these on Oxygen's managed credits, or connect your own provider keys and pay the vendor directly — the same columns, the same runs, the same provenance either way. See every integration.

Limits

Where this stops

  • Connecting a mailbox and dispatching from it needs a paid plan, and a LinkedIn or WhatsApp sender is a $30 per month seat. Building the list is free; enrichment and AI columns draw credits from the balance.
  • There is no history here on day one. Records, the activity trail and the dashboards only know what has happened since you connected, so your first pipeline review is thin by construction.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

I am not technical. Can I run this?
Yes. The web app and the in-product Copilot are how most people work: describe the outcome, read the plan and the cost, then approve it.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing, and there is no clock. A new workspace gets 10,000 credits once at signup with no card. Building the workspace and importing your contacts stay free, enrichment and AI columns draw on that balance, and connecting a mailbox to send needs Starter at $99.
Do I have to move my CRM?
No. Records is a real CRM if you want one, and it syncs both ways with the CRM you already run. Most teams keep theirs and let Oxygen own outbound.
How do I avoid burning my domain?
Buy the sending infrastructure where you buy everything else. Domains, mailboxes, warmup, and monitoring set up together, and pause on bounces.
What if my assistant spends money?
It cannot do that silently. Tool authority and spend authority are separate: every paid action previews its scope and cost under an approved ceiling.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to the free tier rather than a read-only lock. Everything you built stays writable, records and history included, and credits you bought are still yours to spend. What comes off are the mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts you connected, because sending is the part a plan pays for.
