Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The OXYGEN affiliate program pays you 30% of the license subscription payments made by customers you refer, for each customer's first 12 months as a paying customer. OXYGEN may place selected partners in a higher-rate tier — currently, agencies listed in the OXYGEN agency directory earn 40%. The program is operated on Dub Partners; your affiliate account, referral link, statistics, and payouts live in the hosted partner portal.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is self-serve and open to OXYGEN customers, creators, and agencies. We may review accounts at any time and may decline or remove participants who violate these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your payout details current.

3. Attribution

Referrals are attributed on a last-click basis via your referral link, with an attribution window of 90 days from the click. A referral counts when the referred organization signs up and starts a paid OXYGEN license subscription within the window.

4. Commissions and exclusions

Commissions accrue on OXYGEN license subscription payments only. They do not accrue on credit top-ups or other one-time purchases, taxes, or refunded amounts. Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying payment; refunds and chargebacks void the associated commission. We may adjust or void commissions that result from fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are not eligible for commission and are grounds for removal from the program: referring yourself or organizations you own, operate, or pay for (including workspaces billed through your organization); coupon, deal, or discount-code sites; bidding on OXYGEN brand terms in paid search; unsolicited bulk messaging or spam; misrepresenting OXYGEN, its pricing, or your relationship with OXYGEN; and any use of the referral link that creates no genuine new customer relationship.

6. Disclosure

If you promote OXYGEN for commission, you must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (for example under the FTC's endorsement guidelines) — a simple "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" near the link is sufficient.

7. Payouts

Payouts are processed through your Dub partner account. Connect a payout method (bank account, PayPal, or supported alternatives) in the partner portal; balances of $100 or more are deposited automatically, and applicable tax forms are collected and issued through the portal. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income.

8. Changes and termination

We may change commission rates, duration, or these terms prospectively — changes do not reduce commissions already accrued. Either side can end participation at any time; accrued, non-voided commissions above the payout threshold are still paid out.
