Find operators

Find restaurant and hospitality groups by location count

One restaurant and a fifteen-site group are not the same customer. Location count is the single filter that decides whether this list is worth working at all.

try

The trap in hospitality is that every location looks like a business. Source naively and you get a list of venues, most of them branches, and your reps spend a week calling four stores that all report to one operator two states away.

Fix it by resolving the operator first. Open Web Ninja and Serper return the venues, People Data Labs resolves the group behind them, and the locations collapse into one account with its sites attached. Blitz API works on the operator's staff, and ClearoutPhone checks numbers before any call lane opens.

Example searches

Ask for it the way you'd say it

Every search below runs on the same hosted Tables, with the cost previewed before anything is spent.

  • Groups, not venues

restaurant groups in texas operating five or more locations under one owner

Venues collapse into the operator that runs them, so the output is accounts you can sell to rather than a list of storefronts.

  • Segment and service style

fast casual operators with online ordering and no delivery platform on the site

Service model and ordering stack read from the venue pages, which is how you tell a counter concept from a full service one.

  • Above-store leadership

find the director of operations or multi unit manager for each group

Above-store titles resolve on the operator rather than the venue, which is exactly where a decision about a new system gets made.

Plays

Three motions you can run this week

Each one is a chain of Oxygen primitives — the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.

  • Collapse venues into operators

A list of groups with their sites attached instead of a list of storefronts.

    1. 1Source venues, resolve the operating company, and link each venue row to that record.
    2. 2Promote the operator as the account and keep every location beneath it.

  • Above-store outreach

The message reaches the office rather than the host stand during a busy service.

    1. 1Filter to rows where an above-store title resolved with a direct address.
    2. 2Send outside service hours and keep every reply in one inbox.

  • Phone lane for single sites

Independent venues still get a route that reaches whoever owns the place.

    1. 1Validate the listed number and note the line type before anybody dials it.
    2. 2Call in the quiet window mid-afternoon rather than during a service.

Who you can reach

Roles you can find at restaurant and hospitality operators

Reachability is per channel: a role marked for mobile is one the phone waterfall usually resolves, not a guarantee for every record.

Filters you can search on

  • Locations operated under one owner
  • Segment and service style
  • Ordering and reservation tools detected
  • Delivery platforms present on the site
  • Cuisine or concept category
  • City, state, or radius
  • Franchisee or independent operator
  • Alcohol service and venue type

Venue listings and phone numbers are the strongest data in this market. The link from venue to operating group is the weak point: some groups brand every site differently and never name the parent, so a slice of the list resolves only after a manual look.

Data sources

What the data actually comes from

Every value lands with its provider and cost recorded on the cell.

  • Op

    Open Web Ninja

Venue listings with address, phone, category, hours, and review counts.

  • Serper

Map results that catch venues and groups a single listing source missed.

  • People Data Labs

The operating company behind a set of venues, with staff counts and above-store titles.

  • Blitz API

Work-email lookup on operators and their above-store leadership.

  • ClearoutPhone

Number validation and line type, so a call lane starts with lines that ring.

Run these on Oxygen's managed credits, or connect your own provider keys and pay the vendor directly — the same columns, the same runs, the same provenance either way. See every integration.

Limits

Where this stops

  • Venue-to-operator resolution is the hardest part of this segment. Groups running several brands under one company do not always say so publicly, so expect part of the list to need a human check before it ships.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Can I get the group rather than each restaurant?
That is the point of the build. Venues resolve to the operating company and collapse into one account, with every location kept as a row beneath it for territory work.
When is the right time to call a venue?
Mid-afternoon, between services. The listing carries opening hours, so a call step can be scheduled against them instead of ringing a kitchen at seven in the evening.
Can I detect the ordering or reservation system?
Often. Booking widgets, ordering buttons, and delivery links render on the venue page and become columns, which makes a missing capability as useful a filter as a present one.
How do I exclude franchise locations?
Resolve the operator and filter on whether it is a franchisee or the brand itself. Franchisees buy locally, brand teams do not, and the two need completely separate messages.
Is review data useful for qualifying?
As a size and activity proxy, yes. Review counts and rating bands say something about volume, but they say nothing about who owns the venue, so never use them on their own.
What if a group has no website?
It still appears from listings with an address, a category, and a phone number. Those rows go into a phone lane, where the listing data alone is enough to start a useful conversation.
