Find properties

Find hotels by brand, room count, and booking stack

A hotel has three companies behind it: the brand on the sign, the operator that runs it, and the owner that holds the asset. Selling to the wrong one wastes a quarter.

try

Start by deciding which of those three buys your product. A revenue tool is bought by the management company. A capital project is bought by the owner. A guest-facing app might be approved by the brand and paid for by neither. The property is where you start looking, never where you stop.

Properties come from Open Web Ninja and Serper with address, rating, and category. People Data Labs resolves the operating company and the commercial leadership around it, room counts and booking tools are read from the property page, and Blitz API opens contacts with LeadMagic behind it.

Example searches

Ask for it the way you'd say it

Every search below runs on the same hosted Tables, with the cost previewed before anything is spent.

  • By size, not by stars

independent hotels in coastal spain with 40-150 rooms

Room count comes off the property page and the listing together, which catches hotels whose star rating says nothing useful about scale.

  • Brand versus management

properties operated by a management company rather than run by the brand itself

The operator resolves as its own company, so one management group running twelve hotels becomes a single account instead of twelve.

  • Revenue and commercial leads

find the revenue director and the director of sales at each property or group

Commercial titles cluster at group level for chains and at the property for independents, and the row records which one it found.

Plays

Three motions you can run this week

Each one is a chain of Oxygen primitives — the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.

  • Operator-level rollup

Twelve properties become one account with twelve rows underneath it.

    1. 1Resolve the operating company per property, then group the rows onto that record.
    2. 2Keep property-level contacts attached for the regional rep to work.

  • Read the booking stack

You know which system a property runs before the first conversation starts.

    1. 1Extract the booking and payment tools from the property page into columns.
    2. 2Write an opener that names the system and what changes when yours sits beside it.
    oxygen columns run
  • Season-aware sends

Nobody pitches a resort in the two weeks it is running at full occupancy.

    1. 1Hold the segment and release it by market on a schedule that respects the season.
    2. 2Postpone rather than spend rows in a window where nothing gets read.

Who you can reach

Roles you can find at hotels and hotel groups

Reachability is per channel: a role marked for mobile is one the phone waterfall usually resolves, not a guarantee for every record.

Filters you can search on

  • Room count band
  • Brand, flag, or independent
  • Owner, operator, or franchisee
  • Property segment and rating
  • Booking engine detected on the site
  • Meeting and event space advertised
  • City, region, or resort market
  • Properties under one operator

Property listings and phone numbers are reliable almost everywhere. Room counts appear on most property pages but not all, and the owner behind a hotel is often a holding company that publishes nothing. Operator and property leadership resolve far better than ownership does.

Data sources

What the data actually comes from

Every value lands with its provider and cost recorded on the cell.

  • Op

    Open Web Ninja

Property listings with address, category, rating, and the reception number.

  • Serper

Map and search results for properties and groups missing from a listing source.

  • People Data Labs

The operating company behind a property, with its staff and commercial leadership.

  • Blitz API

First lane for work email on property and group leadership.

  • LeadMagic

Property-level managers at independents that publish one reservations address and nothing else.

Run these on Oxygen's managed credits, or connect your own provider keys and pay the vendor directly — the same columns, the same runs, the same provenance either way. See every integration.

Limits

Where this stops

  • Ownership is the least visible layer. Holding companies rarely publish anything, so treat the owner column as partial and sell to the operator unless you have independent evidence of who holds the asset.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Can I filter by room count?
Yes, wherever the property publishes it, which most do. The count is read from the property page and stored with its date, so a refurbishment that adds rooms shows up on the next pass.
Do I sell to the brand or the operator?
Usually the operator, since that is who runs the property and holds the operating budget. The brand sets standards and the owner holds the asset, and neither reliably pays for tooling.
How do I find groups rather than single hotels?
Resolve the operating company for each property and roll the rows up onto it. A group running twelve hotels then appears once, with the twelve properties listed beneath it.
Can I detect the booking engine?
Often. Booking widgets and payment providers render on the property page and become columns. Channel managers and property systems run behind the scenes and usually leave nothing public.
Does this work outside North America?
Yes, and hotel listings are genuinely global. Contact coverage varies: European and Asian property staff resolve on work email considerably more often than on a direct mobile line.
What about resorts and serviced apartments?
They source the same way. Segment and venue type are filters, so you include or exclude them deliberately instead of discovering a mixed list halfway through a campaign.
